Private Lessons:
Why Private Lessons?
Individual
abilities require individual attention. For this reason I offer
private and semi-private lessons (at least two people at a time).
Many college age women and mother- daughters will find these lessons
to be a source of important information, encouragement, and
empowerment.

Rates for
Private Lessons:
A one-hour
lesson is $50 a person. The initial session are some times 90
minutes because of the material that can and needs to be covered.
Semi-private lessons can be divided between two people. A 90 minute
lesson is $40 a person.
General
Pricing:
Bring your
group and pay $50 a person for a 5 hour class. $25 a person for 2
1/2 hours of training. Minimum of six people
maximum fourteen.
Mother &
Daughter Special:
Sign-up your mom and get
$10 off her fee.
Personal Safety and
Awareness Training for Women.
A self-Defense class for women of any age and size
who strive to gain command over their safety without the expense of
long term training courses. This class is empowering and will give
women the knowledge and awareness they need to minimize their
chances of becoming victims. It will also arm you with the
techniques and confidence to fight off and escape an attacker.
Rico teaches women to have an automatic
escape response in stressful situations.
You will learn: How NOT to look like a
victim, how to mindset against violence, distraction techniques,
sexual assault defense, and safety tips that can help women in any
situation. We will also discuss the pros and cons of weapons (fire
arms, pepper spray and personal noise maker alarms.)

Personal
Safety and Awareness Training for College Women.
This class is designed to assist high school students
that are planning to attend college; it is a perfect graduation gift
for young women going away to college.
Rico teaches students to have an automatic
response to stressful situations.
You
will learn:
How Not to look like a victim, how to mindset against violence,
distraction techniques and safety tips that can help you on and off
campus.
In addition you will learn about the dangers of date
rape or club drugs and how to protect yourself from them, see a true
story video of how alcohol poisoning can kill, sexual assault
defense, learn to use pepper spray and or personal alarm as a tool
to help you escape an attacker, awareness techniques to help you
spot potential danger before it happens. You will learn these and
many more techniques to help make your college experience safe.
Fee: $55.00/person
